What should your agent call you? It uses this when it talks to you.

Agent personality How should it talk to you? Be specific — direct, warm, creative, formal, upbeat, humorous, short sentences…

Voice when writing your content How should it sound in your posts, emails and copy? This can be different from how it talks to you, since it represents your brand.

Language What language should your agent communicate in? It will use this by default and only switch when you specifically ask for another language.

Your business

Company name And any brand or personal name the agent should use when it refers to your business.

Website

Social media Comma-separated links to the channels you use.

Industry What kind of business are you? This decides what marketing strategies your agent will specialise in.

Offer & prices What do you sell and at what prices? Include anything that makes for a natural campaign or promotion.

Competitors Who do people compare you to, and how are you unlike them? Vague is fine, named is better.

Your marketing goals What should this drive? More leads, sales, brand awareness, community… Give a realistic target if you can.

Channels you want to focus on Where should your agent help you? Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, email newsletter, blog…

Ad budget Optional. Narrows how ambitious the agent can be with paid campaigns.

Connect your agent on Telegram

How to create your Telegram bot Your agent lives on Telegram, so it needs its own bot to talk to you. Here's how to set it up — it takes about a minute.

Open Telegram and search for @BotFather, then press Start.
Send the command /newbot and follow the prompts.
Choose a display name for your bot (e.g. "Nova").
Choose a username ending in bot (e.g. NovaMarketing_bot).
BotFather replies with an API token that looks like 123456789:AA...-your-token. Copy it and paste it below.

Telegram bot token Paste the API token from BotFather. This is what we use to bring your agent online.

Your Telegram user ID So your agent knows who to message. Here's how to get your ID: Method 1: Open Telegram, search for @userinfobot, press Start, and it will reply with your numeric ID. Method 2: If you've already created your bot (via @BotFather), just message your bot once. We'll find your ID automatically.
